Hammer the Topic (300–400 words)
Say your points clearly. Use headings & bullets. Keep readers engaged.
- Define key terms in plain English.
- Explain scope, applicability, and why it’s important now.
- Break content into subheadings and bullets for easy scanning.
Support Evidence (100–200 words)
Back your points with sections, rules, circulars or case laws.
- Mention relevant Sections/Rules with names (no need for footnotes).
- Add 1–2 case laws or MCA circulars to strengthen claims.
Example citations
- Companies Act, 2013, Section 29(1)(b).
- Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, Rule 9A.
- Relevant MCA FAQ / circular (if any).

Starter checklist (example)

- Mention penalties or non-compliance risks.
