1) Spam Policies for Google Web Search

We do not place Google-served ads on any page that violates the Spam Policies for Google Web Search (e.g., cloaking, deceptive behavior, hidden text/links, auto-generated or scraped content without value).

2) Abusive Experiences

We do not place Google-served ads on screens that contain abusive experiences, including misleading UI, fake system alerts, forced redirects, or deceptive interaction patterns.

3) Malware or Unwanted Software

We do not place Google-served ads on screens that contain malicious software or unwanted software designed to harm devices, steal data, or gain unauthorized access.

4) Better Ads Standards

We comply with the Coalition for Better Ads standards. We do not place Google-served ads on screens that fail to conform to these standards (e.g., disruptive pop-ups, auto-play video with sound, large sticky ads, excessive ad density).

5) Authorized Inventory & ads.txt

• We serve ads only on authorized inventory.
• Where ads.txt is used, we ensure our selling accounts are listed as authorized.
• For any subdomains or syndication partners, we ensure child domains promptly add and maintain an accurate ads.txt naming us (and approved sellers) as authorized.

6) Sanctions & Export Compliance

We comply with sanctions and export controls maintained by OFAC (U.S. Treasury), the U.S. Bureau of Industry & Security, and other applicable authorities.

• Our website and services are not available to users in: Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), Iran, North Korea, Syria.
• We do not use Google publisher products for or on behalf of any person or entity located in sanctioned regions or otherwise restricted under applicable trade/sanctions laws.
• We will not cause Google (or any partner) to violate sanctions/export regulations.

7) Additional Google Publisher Requirements

• We do not set, modify, intercept, or delete cookies on Google domains.
• We do not use device fingerprinting or LSOs (e.g., Flash cookies) for advertising—only standard, user-resettable identifiers/cookies.
• We do not pass to Google any data that Google could use or recognize as personally identifiable information (PII) or that permanently identifies a device without clear notice and prior opt-in consent.
• We do not use Google services to identify users or to merge PII with previously collected non-PII without robust notice and opt-in.
• If we ever collect precise location data (GPS/Wi-Fi/cell), we will provide just-in-time notice, obtain explicit opt-in, transmit only over encrypted channels, and disclose the practice in our Privacy Policy.

8) Monitoring & Reporting

We regularly review ad placements, user experience, and security. Violations or issues are remediated promptly.
