Effective Date: 02-10-2025
1) Purpose & Scope
This policy explains how MyCSOnline (“we”, “our”, “us”) manages advertising, user experience, and compliance on mycsonline.in. It applies to all pages, features, and ad placements we control.
2) Spam Policies for Google Web Search
We do not place Google-served ads on any page that violates the Spam Policies for Google Web Search. Pages must avoid deceptive behavior, auto-generated or scraped content without value, cloaking, hidden text/links, or other manipulative practices.
3) Abusive Experiences
We do not place Google-served ads on pages that contain abusive experiences, including but not limited to: misleading UI, fake system warnings, clickjacking, auto-redirects, or intrusive prompts that trick users. We review and remediate any flagged experience before serving ads.
4) Malware or Unwanted Software
We do not place Google-served ads on pages containing malicious or unwanted software. We use reputable security tools/CDN scanning and remove or quarantine any suspicious files immediately. Users should report security concerns to cssandeeprajbhar@gmail.com
.
5) Better Ads Standards
We adhere to the Coalition for Better Ads standards. We avoid disallowed experiences such as: pop-up ads, auto-play video with sound, large sticky ads, prestitial ads with countdown, and excessive ad density—especially on mobile.
6) Authorized Inventory & ads.txt
We serve ads only on authorized inventory.
Where we use ads.txt, we list legitimate selling accounts and do not monetize via any seller not recorded as authorized.
If we add subdomains or work with syndication partners, we will ensure child domains/subdomains promptly include ads.txt entries naming us (and any approved sellers) as authorized for that child inventory.
We periodically audit ads.txt for accuracy.
7) Sanctions & Export Compliance
We understand and comply with sanctions/export controls administered by OFAC (U.S. Treasury), the U.S. Bureau of Industry & Security, and other applicable authorities.
Our website and services are not available to users in the following countries/territories: Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), Iran, North Korea, Syria.
We do not use Google publisher products for or on behalf of any person or entity located in, or ordinarily resident of, the above jurisdictions, or any party restricted under applicable sanctions/export laws.
We will not cause Google (or any partner) to violate sanctions/export regulations.
8) Additional Publisher & Platform Rules
We do not modify, intercept, or set cookies on Google domains.
We do not use device fingerprinting or LSOs (e.g., Flash cookies) for advertising; only standard, user-resettable identifiers and cookies.
We do not pass to Google any data that Google could use or recognize as personally identifiable information (PII) or that permanently identifies a device without clear notice and prior opt-in consent.
We do not use Google services to identify users or to merge PII with non-PII without robust notice and opt-in.
If ever collecting precise location (e.g., GPS/Wi-Fi/cell), we will show just-in-time notice, obtain explicit opt-in, transmit only via encrypted channels, and disclose the practice in our Privacy Policy.
9) Monitoring, Enforcement & Reporting
We regularly review ad placements, page UX, and security.
We promptly remove or remediate any violating content, code, or ad placement.
To report a violation or concern, email cssandeeprajbhar@gmail.com
or call +91 90385 81472 with the page URL and details.
