Welcome to MyCSOnline (the “Website”). This Content Policy explains what’s allowed, what isn’t, and how we moderate user-submitted material (comments, uploads, messages, forms, profiles, etc.). By using the Website, you agree to follow this Policy.
1) Scope & Definitions
- “Content” includes text, images, audio/video, files, links, comments, and any other material you submit or display on the Website.
- “User” means any visitor or account holder who accesses or submits Content.
- This Policy applies to all pages, features, and submissions on mycsonline.in.
2) Your Responsibilities
- Post only lawful, accurate, respectful content you have the right to publish.
- Do not post confidential data (yours or others’) without consent.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the Website.
3) Illegal Content (Strictly Prohibited)
- Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes the legal rights of others.

- Only upload material you own or are licensed to use.

5) Dangerous, Violent, or Derogatory Content
- Hate, harassment, threats, or calls for violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g., caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, nationality) are forbidden.
- Self-harm or suicide encouragement is prohibited.
- Violent extremism, terrorism propaganda, or recruitment is prohibited.
6) Animal Cruelty & Endangered Species
- No content that promotes cruelty or gratuitous violence toward animals.
- No sale or promotion of products derived from endangered or threatened species.
7) Misrepresentation & Deceptive Practices
- No impersonation, false affiliation, phishing, or scams.
- No manipulated media (e.g., deepfakes) that deceive users about politics, social issues, public interest matters, or individuals.
8) Unreliable & Harmful Claims
- No content that makes demonstrably false or harmful claims that contradict authoritative consensus on matters like health, elections, or climate, especially where it may cause harm.
- Educational, contextual, or clearly labeled debunking content may be allowed if responsibly presented.
9) Sexually Explicit Content
- No graphic sexual content, non-consensual material, or sexual services.
- Compensated sexual acts (including prostitution) and mail-order bride services are prohibited.
- Adult themes in family/child-oriented contexts are not allowed.
10) Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)
- Absolutely no child sexual abuse or exploitation content; no grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, or trafficking.
- We will report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities and cooperate fully. In India, report immediately via the National Cyber Crime Portal and local police.
11) Malware, Security & Abusive Experiences
- No malware, spyware, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
- No abusive experiences (e.g., deceptive prompts, forced redirects, fake system warnings).
12) Ads, Cookies & Platform Rules (Summary)
- We follow Google publisher and Better Ads Standards and do not place ads on pages that violate spam, malware, or abusive experience policies.
- We don’t modify or set cookies on Google domains and don’t use device fingerprinting for ads.

13) Moderation & Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove or restrict content;
- Suspend or terminate accounts or access;
- Block repeat or severe violators;
- Preserve and share information with law enforcement where required.
14) IP Takedown (DMCA-Style Notice)
If you believe content on MyCSOnline infringes your IP, email cssandeeprajbhar@gmail.com with:
- Your name/contact; rights you claim; the exact URL(s) and description of the infringing content;
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized;
- A statement that information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
We may remove the content and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may be suspended.
15) Reporting Violations & Appeals
- Report violations: email cssandeeprajbhar@gmail.com (include page URL, screenshots, and details).
- Appeal a moderation action by replying to our decision email with context and supporting information. We will review in good faith.
16) License You Grant to Us (UGC)
By submitting content, you grant MyCSOnline a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Website and Services. This does not transfer your ownership.
17) Educational & Newsworthy Exceptions
Sensitive topics (law, public interest, compliance) may be allowed only when presented responsibly, with context, and not to glorify or facilitate harm.
18) Sanctions & Export Controls
We comply with applicable sanctions/export rules and do not make the Website available to sanctioned regions or restricted parties (see Website Policies).
19) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on mycsonline.in. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
