- Meetings/webinars: follow host instructions; no unsolicited pitching; no recording or screenshots unless permission is given.
6) User Accounts & Identity (if accounts are offered)
- Provide accurate registration details and keep logins secure.
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade moderation or restrictions.
7) Intellectual Property & Attribution
- Share only content you own or are licensed to share.
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, and confidentiality obligations.
- When quoting or referencing, provide proper attribution.
8) Privacy & Data Handling
- Don’t post confidential, sensitive, or regulated data (yours or others’) in public areas.

13) Sanctions & Jurisdiction
We comply with applicable sanctions and export controls. The site is not available to users in sanctioned regions or to restricted parties (see Website Policies). This Policy is governed by the laws of India; courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
